About the Role

Valleyfresh North America, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Accounting Department. This role is part of a small three-person team working in a separate accounting office, offering a focused and collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process and organize invoices
  • Perform heavy data entry with a strong emphasis on accuracy
  • Match invoices to the correct accounts
  • Assist with payment processing
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting team
  • Learn and utilize internal produce software (no prior software experience required)

Qualifications

  • Administrative experience within an accounting setting strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently


Location: Pasadena, CA 91107/fully onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22-$25/hour DOE
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
